One of the great benefits of these credentialing events is the connection made with colleagues and the networking that develops among staff from different places in your region and even across Canada. And it's important to have a little space to do some thinking and reflection; some learning and planning; to have some conversation and to be encouraged about what and how you are doing in ministry - the credentialing regional event is just that kind of space.
In his persuasive book Learning to Lead Jay Conger notes that the best of leadership development experiences have as central to their design pre and post contact through assignments and an advisor.
We have both:
- pre-assignments to help you tune into where we will be heading and
- a contact person/advisor/ guide ... Teresa Zehr (email)
Registration is now closed. Here are the instructions for your life language assessment:
Log on to www.lifelanguages.com/entry/kaethlerconsulting. This profile will direct you through the sections. There is no
time limit in answering but i would suggest that you answer quickly
rather than spend too much time pondering. When you get to the end of
the profile it will give you some options for payment. DO NOT PAY.
Simply click the button that is to submit or pay. If a screen comes up
to enter in credit card information simply exit the profile. The
information will be stored and Phil (the facilitator) can access it.
If you have any questions please don't hesitate to give Teresa a call or send her an email.
