| A “Chapter” consists of an Executive Director and a competent Board of Directors. Each Chapter is registered with the Canadian government as a charity, hires its own staff and determines what programs to be involved in to reach the youth in that area with the gospel. Chapters will often run “satellite” ministries, which are ministries in surrounding area. |
