Job Description:  To provide vision, leadership, management, organizational planning and team building to ensure ministry development with Executive Directors and Chapters; be involved in public relations with the Christian community, youth agencies, missions, denominational entities and governmental agencies.  The candidate should have a clear understanding of the Canadian youth culture, extensive experience in a franchise or federal organizational model, a flexible mindset, an evangelistic calling, freedom to travel extensively within Canada, and the ability to raise funding from personal ministry partners.
