Job Description:  To provide vision, leadership, managment, organizational planning and team building as required for existing staff development and for recruitment and public relations.  The candidate should have at least an undergraduate degree in Human Resources or Psychology, a clear understanding of the Canadian youth culture, extensive experience in the recruitment and development of people, a flexible mindset, an evangelistic calling, freedom to do extensive traveling within Canada, and the ability to raise funding from personal ministry partners.
