Job Description: This individual will be directly responsible to the National Director of YFC Canada; will provide vision, leadership, management, organizationl planning and team building as required; lead the team, including Training and Leadership Development, Huamn Resources, Information Technology, World Outreach, Accounting and Office Services; participate in strategic planning; emphasis on encouragement and prayer; develop strategic alliances and partnerships with youth agencies, missions, denominational entities and governmental agencies; is a senior position. Candidate should possess exceptional Christian leadership skills and have a passion for seeing Canada's youth realize their inherent value and potential, with many of them becoming life time followers of Jesus.
