Job Description: The Executive Director will lead the Northumberland organization, working with the staff and the Board of Directors to establish long term goals for the ministry, and then executing the plan with a strong dependence on God and according to the policies and principles of Northumberland YFC. The successful applicant will love teenagers; be a visionary; be a team player; be comfortable with community building and fund-raising. Salary will be commensurate with experience and will be raised through deputation.
