Job Description:  Meet via communication technology and screen potential volunteers wishing to serve in Canada; meeting/screening/training potential Canadian volunteer desiring to serve internationally; debrief international volunteers at end of service; research needs of YFC ministries internationally and make recommendations to Canadian Chapters for volunteer opporutnities; keep abreast of changes in Canada Revenue Agency regulations that could affect international volunteers ministry; coordinate with National Administration and local Chapters the handling of funds; develop;/maintain administrative infrastructure to provide a framework for the ongoing ministry of International Volunteers; coordinate with YFC International and International Volunteer Coordinators in other countries, to ensure a mutually beneficial ministry; coordinate with the World Outreach Team the long germ vision for the World Outreach Office. 

 

Note:  The World Outreach Office is a "virtual office" and therefore will note require residence in a particular geographic location; some international travel may be required.
