Melita Youth Worker

Job Description: Full or part-time staff member needed to work with youth in Southwest Manitoba. The responsibilities are somewhat flexible and open to fit the strengths and passions of the employee; however openess to growth and development of skills is a must. While a male staff member would be ideal, the position is open to anyone with a willing heart who meets expectations. A formal degree is an asset, but is not requirted; training is provided. Some of the responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: mentoring youth, Drop-in acitivity coordination, sharing short discussions or devotionals at the Drop-in, small group development and leadership, development of a youth program in a nearby town, administration, help with program fundraising.
