The following is more like a map than a list. It charts in broad strokes the course you will take in completing the requirements for your Credential with YFC/YU.
What you see below is more fully outlined in the LeaderShaping Completion Form (download the Track A Completion Form here). You need to print and complete this form, as part of your orientation phase, as a way of charting completion dates and your progress towards achieving your credential.
Any of the forms mentioned below can be made available to you through your Regional Training Staff person and are also included below for download.
Orientation Phase…..
The directions come up from screen to screen to make it easy to follow.
Each participant should fill out the necessary information and indicate they are from YFC in the Group 1 box.
• Leadership Practices Inventory (this is available from your Regional Trainer)
• Chapter Info on fundraising & Support Plan
To Do: Find and work through your Chapters thinking and method for support raising and
develop your plan for support and partner development for this next year (will also be
discussed at regional)
and completing the Reading Form
• Reading The Five Practices of Leadership (booklet available from your Regional Trainer)
