Job Description:  Passionate, self-motivated individual needed to lead a team of similar minded people in working with youth and their families;  must have good communication skills and demonstrate leadership qualities, supervisory and team building capabilities, the ability to vision cast and bring others along.  Active participation in area youth networks, the ability to relate to the churched and non-churched; related education and a proven track record in leadership and youth work a necessity.  A vehicle is important for this job.  The salary is determined on a scale based on education and experience, and is funded on a missionary basis - requiring the gathering of a personal support team.
