Job Description:  This individual must be a passionate, self-motivated person; able to lead a team of similar minded people in working with youth and their families.  Must have good communication skills and demonstrate leadership qualities of supervision and team building; the ability to vision cast and bring others along.  Active participation in area youth networks and the ability to relate to the churched and non-churched population is a necessity as is related education and a proven track record in leadership and youth work.  A vehicle is important.  The salary is determined on a scale based on education and experience; is funded by the gathering of a personal support team.
