Job Description:  The successful candidate will oversee the development of spiritual communities within local schools; mobilize and oversee volunteers; provide mission opportunities for local students; meet weekly with youth on campus; supervise other Student Ministries staff; establish clear ministry goals and provide ongoing evaluation.  General aptitudes required are:  a commitment to Christian Ministry, ability to develop people, willingness to be a team player, friendly and courteous, some administrative and organizational skills, interpersonal and social skills, basic computer related ability and general aptitude for learning.  As well, the following are required:  a deep personal understanding of Faith and culture, the ability to develop people and impart knowledge, to discern areas of need within a ministry team, administrative consistency, organizational skills, commitment to excellence, exemplary personal character and servant hood, demonstrated youth worker ability, the ability to lead and inspire others and the willingness to learn.  This is a full time position.
