Job Description:  The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall youth centre program, planning and implementation;  duties include supervising staff and volunteers, community relations, fundraising and administration.  Demonstrations of organizational skills and experience with marginalized youth are necessary; experience with public speaking, student leadership development, organizing camps, retreats and special events is an asset.  Some computer skills needed.  Applicants should have some experience and education in youth ministry or a related field.  A vehicle is important for this job.  The salary is determined on a scale based on education and experience; is funded on a missionary basis - requiring the gathering of a personal support team.
