credentialing  is the on-the-job development experience designed for staff new to YFC/YU with the intent of working alongside Chapters in guiding new staff through those initial 2 or 3 years of their career with YFC/YU. When successfully completed the result is the YFC/YU Credential.

 

The YFC/YU Credential serves as a professional standard that fundamentally ties all full time staff members in Canada together and qualifies them to, among other things, accept expanded roles in the larger movement within Canada and even beyond to YFC worldwide.
