Job Description:  The primary responsibilities for this position are to provide the various human resource functions for Winnipeg YFC and its staff and support services for its volunteers; serve on the "Director's Council".  Individual must live in vital union with Jesus Christ and be an active participant in a local church; be mature and lighthearted, dedicated, an entrepreneur, a leader and a team player.
