Job Description:  The primary reponsibilities of this position are to supervise, develop, strategize, recruit, train/evaluate, fundraise, care for and celebrate assigned Ministry Directors and their ministries; serve on the "Director's Council"; identify and share ideas, resrources and minsitry models gleaned from past ministry experience; work in liaison with Regional and National training.  This individual must live in vital union with Jesus Christ and be an active participant in a local church; be mature and lighthearted, dedicated, an entrepreneur, a leader, and a team player.
